Create a user account. User the store shop and checkout process. First organization is free. First 10 contacts is free. 100 contacts is $10. Each additional organization is $10. 1000 contacts is another $10. Each additional 1000 contacts is $10. Choose the number of orgs and the number of contacts and then complete checkout. Enter the org name as part of checkout. This creates the organization node. No need for a role with permission to create an org. Show a counter for # of contacts remaining. Only anonymous users can complete checkout with free org and free contacts. Same email address can't complete checkout with free org and free contacts again. Need a way to cancel 1 org separate from the others.
- FREE ACCOUNT - Require email verification. After clicking the email verification link, then give role "Trial User, create organization, create contact"
- PAID ACCOUNT - Give role "Paid User"
Trial Users can create one organization and create up to 10 contacts. After creating an organization, remove role "create organization." Maintain a counter for orgs and contacts remaining. After creating 10 contacts, remove role "create contact."
Paid Users can create unlimited organizations and unlimited contacts.

When you cancel a user's subscription, it needs to remove the roles to add content and needs to add a role that shows a block that says you need to renew your subscription to access your content and add more content again.
if multiple dates fields in an event, it is looping through twice and adding double the attendance nodes?
